Fundamental Income has launched the NETLease Corporate Real Estate ETF (NETL US) on NYSE Arca. Brought to market in partnership with Exchange Traded Concepts, the fund provides pure-play exposure to Real Estate Investment Trusts (REITs) focused on the ‘Net Lease’ segment of the property market.

Newcomer Hoya Capital Real Estate has launched its first ETF – the Hoya Capital Housing ETF (HOMZ US) – which delivers diversified exposure across the entire US housing sector. Listed on NYSE Arca, the fund is linked to the Hoya Capital Housing 100 Index which includes firms from four segments of the housing sector: home ownership and rental operations; home building and construction; home improvement and furnishings; and home financing, technology, and services.

Daiwa Asset Management has launched the Daiwa Tokyo Stock Exchange REIT Core Index ETF (2528 JP) on Tokyo Stock Exchange (TSE). The fund is linked to the Tokyo Stock Exchange REIT Core Index, providing exposure to real estate investment trusts (REITs) listed on TSE.

BlackRock has listed accumulating share classes on Deutsche Börse Xetra for two existing ETFs that provide exposure to European and Asian real estate companies. The new share classes of the iShares European Property Yield UCITS ETF and iShares Asia Property Yield UCITS ETF provide investors with the option to re-invest income payments received from the funds.

FTSE Russell has unveiled the FTSE EPRA Nareit Green Index series, a new series of real estate indices that tilt towards energy-efficient and renewables-linked properties. JP Morgan Asset Management has announced the launch of the JPMorgan BetaBuilders MSCI US REIT ETF (BBRE US) on Cboe BZX providing exposure to the performance of US real estate investment trusts. “BBRE is a pure play on the REIT market and provides choice to investors who are seeking core real estate index exposure,” said Joanna Gallegos, US head of ETFs at JP Morgan Asset Management.

Pacer ETFs has launched a suite of three new funds on NYSE Arca that provide access to real estate investment trusts (REITs) focusing on different sectors of the US property market. The ETFs target traditional bricks-and-mortar retail REITs as well as REITs standing to gain from the ongoing e-commerce revolution.

Aussie ETF issuer BetaShares, together with global asset manager Legg Mason, have launched two actively managed ETFs on Australian Stock Exchange. Based on investment strategies by Legg Mason affiliate Martin Currie Australia, both funds target high-quality Australian securities with a focus on income generation.

Vanguard has changed the underlying index for the Vanguard REIT ETF (VNQ US) from the MSCI US REIT Index to the MSCI US Investable Market Real Estate 25/50 Transition Index, including a broader scope of real estate related companies such as those involved in services and development.

Amundi has launched nine new ETFs on Deutsche Börse, offering investors a variety of exposures including equities, real estate, and government and corporate bonds.
