Sydney-based ETF issuer BetaShares has launched a new fixed income ETF, the BetaShares Sustainability Leaders Diversified Bond ETF – Currency Hedged (GBND AU), providing exposure to a globally diversified portfolio of ‘green’ and ESG-screened bonds. The ETF has been listed on the Australian Securities Exchange and is linked to the Solactive Australian and Global Select Sustainability Leaders Bond TR Index. It has been seeded by Future Super, a leading Australian retail superannuation fund.

Syndey-based ETF issuer BetaShares has announced the upcoming launch of a range of actively managed asset allocation ETFs. Branded BetaShares Diversified ETFs, the range will consist of four low-cost, multi-asset investment portfolios listed on the Australian Securities Exchange.

Morningstar has ventured into the ETF issuance business via its Australian investment management concern with the launch of the Morningstar International Shares Active ETF (MSTR AU) on the Australian Securities Exchange. The ETF, which is actively managed and currency-hedged, comes with a management fee of 0.39% and aims to achieve meaningful capital growth over the medium to long term while minimizing the risk of permanent capital loss.

Aussie ETF issuer BetaShares has unveiled its latest fund – the BetaShares India Quality ETF (IIND AU) – on Australian Securities Exchange. The fund, which is linked to the Solactive India Quality Select Index, delivers exposure to a portfolio of 30 Indian equities with high-quality characteristics. It provides Australian investors with an opportunity to diversify their portfolios and a vehicle to tap into India’s robust growth story.

The BetaShares FTSE 100 ETF (F100 AU) has commenced trading on the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The fund is Australia’s first ETF to track the FTSE 100, the UK’s pre-eminent blue-chip equity index. Aussie ETF provider BetaShares has added to its stable of fixed income products with the launch of the BetaShares Australian Government Bond ETF (AGVT AU). Listed on Australian Securities Exchange, the fund provides exposure to high-quality, income-producing bonds primarily issued by Australian federal and state governments. Sydney-based ETF issuer BetaShares is set to unveil the BetaShares FTSE 100 ETF (F100 AU) on the Australian Securities Exchange. The fund, which according to Bloomberg is scheduled to begin trading on 17 July 2019, is the country’s first ETF to provide exposure to the UK’s flagship equity market index, the FTSE 100.

Australian investors are benefiting from an intensification of the price war among ETF issuers, as two major rivals – BlackRock and Vanguard – lower fees in the same week.

BetaShares has launched the BetaShares Global Quality Leaders ETF (QLTY AU) on Australian Securities Exchange (ASX). The iStoxx MUTB-linked fund provides exposure to a diversified portfolio of high quality companies listed in developed markets globally, excluding Australia, and is the provider’s fiftieth ASX-traded fund.

Aussie ETF issuer BetaShares, together with global asset manager Legg Mason, have launched two actively managed ETFs on Australian Stock Exchange. Based on investment strategies by Legg Mason affiliate Martin Currie Australia, both funds target high-quality Australian securities with a focus on income generation.
