Arrow Funds has placed two ArrowShares exchange-traded funds on E*TRADE’s commission-free ETF platform. The firm’s flagship ETF, the Arrow Dow Jones Global Yield ETF (NYSE: GYLD), as well as the Arrow DWA Tactical ETF (NASDAQ: DWAT) can now be bought and sold without paying brokerage commissions via E*TRADE’s platform.

Arrow Investment Advisors, the investment manager behind the ArrowShares exchange-traded fund brand, has revealed that the Arrow Dow Jones Global Yield ETF (GYLD) has surpassed $100 million in assets. The NYSE Arca-listed fund has reached this milestone less than two years after making its debut in May 2012. The fund is linked to the Dow Jones Global Composite Yield Index, a multi-asset class index that aims to provide global diversified representation of high-yield securities.

NYSE Euronext has announced the launch of the NYSE Diversified High Income Index, a new strategy index measuring the performance of a highly diversified, multi-asset portfolio of high yielding securities. The index has been licensed to UBS to underlie the newly launched NYSE Arca-listed ETRACS Diversified High Income ETN (DVHI). The strategy provides exposure to a basket of 138 publicly traded securities that provide exposure to several different asset classes, sectors and segments across multiple geographies that have historically paid high dividends or distributions.

First Trust, a provider of exchange-traded funds (ETFs), has launched a new ETF designed to provide low-volatility exposure to a diverse international portfolio of high-yielding instruments. The fund is latest addition to a growing roster of multi-asset income ETFs, which includes products from iShares, Guggenheim, ArrowShares and SPDR.

Arrow Investment Advisors has announced the launch of its debut ArrowShares ETF, the Arrow Dow Jones Global Yield ETF (GYLD). The ETF is the first fund to track the Dow Jones Global Composite Yield Index, a newly launched benchmark that provides diversified exposure to traditional and alternative sources of income across multiple asset classes. The benchmark has delivered a competitive yield of approximately 7% to 9% over the past year.
