SPDR Dow Jones International Real Estate ETF (RWX US) – Portfolio Construction Methodology

The underlying Dow Jones Global ex-U.S. Select Real Estate Securities Index targets non-U.S. listed real estate equities that are equity owners and operators of commercial or residential property, including REITs and real estate operating companies. Securities must meet size and liquidity screens and, at inclusion, typically have float-adjusted market cap ≥ USD 200 million and derive ≥75% of revenue from the ownership and operation of real estate assets. Eligible constituents are float-adjusted market-cap weighted without a U.S. allocation. The index reviews composition quarterly and rebalances after the close on the third Friday of March, June, September, and December, using reference data from the third Friday of the prior month; additions occur at rebalances, while corporate actions prompt deletions as they occur. Country and sector weights reflect the underlying free-float capitalization of qualifying issuers.
