Invesco S&P MidCap 400 Pure Growth ETF (RFG US) – Portfolio Construction Methodology

The underlying S&P MidCap 400 Pure Growth Index delivers a style-concentrated subset of S&P MidCap 400 members exhibiting the strongest growth traits. Each S&P MidCap 400 constituent receives growth and value scores (growth uses three-year sales-per-share growth, three-year EPS change-to-price, and 12-month price momentum). The pure growth subset includes only securities with the highest growth scores, with no overlap with pure value; weights are proportional to growth scores (not market cap). The parent S&P MidCap 400 is committee-selected to represent U.S. mid-caps, with typical market-capitalization guidelines set to capture the mid-cap segment (historically around the mid-single-digit to low-teens USD billions at entry, with buffers for continuance). The pure style index is reconstituted and reweighted annually in December; between rebalances, membership and style weights remain unchanged except for corporate actions.
