Invesco NASDAQ Future Gen 200 ETF (QQQS US) – Portfolio Construction Methodology

The underlying Nasdaq Innovators Completion Cap Index provides small- and mid-cap equity exposure to Nasdaq-listed companies with unusually valuable patent portfolios relative to their size. The universe is the Nasdaq Composite Index, excluding members of the Nasdaq-100 and Nasdaq Next Generation 100, restricted to common shares and ADRs whose primary U.S. listing is on Nasdaq, with issuer market cap ≥100 million USD, three-month average daily traded value ≥1 million USD, at least three months of trading history (unless added via spin-off) and free float ≥20%, while excluding ICB Financials, open-end vehicles and REITs. Eligible issuers are ranked by the ratio of patent-portfolio value to market cap; all securities of the top 200 issuers are included. The index is equal-weighted by issuer, with multi-line issuers split across their lines, reconstituted semi-annually each June and December, and rebalanced to equal weights quarterly in March, June, September and December.
