Invesco Nasdaq Next Gen 100 ETF (QQQJ US) – Portfolio Construction Methodology
The underlying Nasdaq Next Generation 100 Index targets the largest 100 Nasdaq-listed non-financial companies not in the Nasdaq-100, inheriting the Nasdaq-100 eligibility set: primary listing on Nasdaq Global Select/Global Market, free float ≥10%, three full calendar months of seasoning (ex-SPAC trading history excluded), and liquidity of at least USD 5m three-month ADTV; financials and REITs (if organized as REITs) are ineligible. At the annual reconstitution, issuers meeting eligibility are ranked by company market cap; the top 100 outside the Nasdaq-100 are included, with no mid-cycle replacements other than corporate-action removals. The index is modified market-cap weighted with a 4% single-constituent cap; ADR weights reflect depositary shares outstanding. The schedule follows the Nasdaq-100: annual December reconstitution and quarterly March/June/September rebalances with share updates. (invesco.com)
