Inspire 500 ETF (PTL US) – Portfolio Construction Methodology
The underlying Inspire 500 Index provides market-cap-weighted exposure to the 500 largest U.S.-domiciled companies that meet Inspire’s values screen. The selection universe includes stocks listed on major U.S. exchanges with non-negative Inspire Impact Scores; manufacturers of military/civilian weapons and barrier contraceptives are excluded. On each reconstitution, only one share class per issuer (Class A preference if multiple) is considered, and constituents are chosen strictly by descending market cap until 500 stocks are reached. Weights are proportional to each company’s market cap; no additional issuer, sector, or country caps are imposed. The index is reconstituted annually in September using prices on the Selection Day set seven business days before the Adjustment Day; between reconstitutions it is not otherwise rebalanced except for standard corporate-action maintenance.
