Private investment manager Neuberger Berman has unveiled two new fully transparent, actively managed ETFs targeting Chinese equities and global real estate securities.

Neuberger Berman now offers six actively managed ETFs.
The Neuberger Berman China Equity ETF (NBCE US) and Neuberger Berman Global Real Estate ETF (NBGR US) have been listed on NYSE Arca, each with an expense ratio of 0.75%.
With these two additional funds, Neuberger Berman has expanded its line-up to six actively managed ETFs including a broad commodities fund as well as three thematic strategies targeting global stocks aligned with the investment themes of disruptive technologies, digitally connected consumers, and carbon transition infrastructure.
China equity
NBCE aims for long-term capital growth by focusing on high-quality Chinese companies listed in various forms such as China-A shares, Hong Kong-listed securities, and American Depository Receipts (ADRs).
The fund’s strategy is rooted in rigorous research that seeks to identify companies with robust balance sheets, above-average earnings growth, and leading ESG initiatives at the management level. Investment decisions are also shaped by trends like China’s growing domestic market and favorable government policies.
Global real estate
NBGR aims to generate a total return by investing in a carefully curated portfolio of real estate investment trusts (REITs) and other real estate-focused securities listed worldwide. The fund allocates at least 40% of its assets to investments outside of the US.
Integrating a multisite team approach with portfolio managers located globally to offer local insights, NBGR differentiates itself through a proprietary investment approach that blends top-down macroeconomic analyses with detailed bottom-up assessments of individual real estate securities.
