iShares LifePath Target Date 2060 ETF USD (ITDH US) – Portfolio Construction Methodology

The investment strategy underpinning the actively managed iShares LifePath Target Date 2060 ETF allocates across a diversified roster of iShares equity and fixed income ETFs to deliver a glide-path that reduces equity exposure as the 2060 target approaches and continues de-risking thereafter. The portfolio is globally diversified across developed and emerging markets and core bond sectors, with exposures implemented via market-cap-weighted building blocks for broad beta. Under normal circumstances ≥80% of assets are invested in underlying ETFs; derivatives and cash equivalents may be used for efficient exposure management and liquidity. Asset-mix bands are defined by the LifePath glide-path, with periodic rebalances to keep weights within tolerance and to implement scheduled step-downs in equity. Day-to-day management emphasizes investability, underlying fund liquidity, and creation/redemption efficiency to maintain capacity and minimize undue concentration. Sell/trim actions are driven by drift beyond bands and glide-path shifts.
