The Harbor Small Cap Explorer ETF (QWST US) has been listed on NYSE Arca with an expense ratio of 0.80%.

Overseen by Harbor’s Multi-Asset Solutions Team, the fund seeks to provide long-term growth of capital that is above the benchmark Russell 2500 Index.

Harbor has selected a network of specialized asset managers that each contribute concentrated allocations to the portfolio. Each sub-advisor has its own process for identifying and evaluating companies and will act independently from the other sub-advisors.

Harbor determines the allocations to the underlying managers with the goal of maximizing the portfolio’s diversification benefits and managing risk.

Spenser Lerner, Head of Multi-Asset Solutions at Harbor Capital Advisors, said: “Harbor is excited to expand its ETF offering with the launch of another strategy whose purpose is built to unlock more opportunities for today’s investors.

“We believe our multi-strategy framework and process allows us to access trends across markets, helps maximize the alpha potential of concentrated and specialized managers, and seeks to mitigate risk through our proprietary portfolio construction methodology.”
