YieldMax Dorsey Wright Featured 5 Income ETF (FEAT US) – Portfolio Construction Methodology

The underlying Nasdaq Dorsey Wright Tactical Option Income Strategy Index targets a portfolio of up to five YieldMax option-income ETFs whose reference securities exhibit the strongest relative-strength trends within a defined U.S. large-cap universe. The index universe consists of YieldMax covered-call ETFs on liquid U.S.-listed equities, excluding funds with defined or targeted annual income objectives. On a monthly selection date, Nasdaq Dorsey Wright ranks the reference securities using its point-and-figure relative-strength matrix versus peers and cash; the five highest-ranked names become the featured set, and the index allocates 20% to each corresponding YieldMax ETF. Positions are refreshed monthly with buffer rules that can retain existing constituents when rankings remain close to the cutoff, seeking to limit unnecessary turnover. The index is equal weighted, unconstrained by sector or issuer, and rebalanced concurrently with constituent selection.
