Investment Proposition

India Internet & Ecommerce ETF (INQQ) provides targeted exposure to Indian companies whose revenues are primarily tied to internet platforms and ecommerce, seeking to capture the scale and network effects of the country’s expanding digital economy. The strategy tracks a defined universe of domestically focused online marketplaces, digital payments, cloud-enabled services and related enablers, emphasizing pure-play business models over diversified conglomerates. Resulting holdings can be growth-tilted, more volatile than the broad Indian market, and sensitive to shifts in regulation, capital availability and consumer confidence; at the same time, increasing smartphone adoption, logistics build-out and fintech penetration can broaden addressable markets across cycles. In portfolios, INQQ can serve as a satellite growth sleeve, a thematic mandate for India’s rising consumption, or a factor-completion tool for investors underexposed to emerging-market tech. Suitable users include fundamentals-driven global equity allocators enhancing EM dispersion, and multi-asset investors expressing a long-horizon view on digital adoption. Tactically, it may be timely after periods of regulatory reset or when domestic demand accelerates relative to exports. A key risk to monitor is concentration in a narrow industry set, which can amplify drawdowns if sentiment turns against the theme.
