Investment Proposition

Pacer Developed Markets International Cash Cows 100 ETF (ICOW) provides rules-based exposure to developed ex-U.S. companies prioritized by robust free-cash-flow generation relative to enterprise value. The strategy emphasizes cash-flow quality and valuation, typically resulting in a focused portfolio of larger, cash-efficient businesses where capital discipline and balance-sheet strength are central to selection. By concentrating on free-cash-flow yield, the approach tilts toward value and profitability characteristics that can behave differently from traditional market-cap benchmarks and may introduce distinct country and sector skews. Return drivers center on cash-flow durability, corporate capital-allocation practices, and the path of global growth, inflation, and currencies; leadership often aligns with phases that reward value, strong cash conversion, and pricing power, and can lag during speculative growth episodes. In portfolios, ICOW can serve as a satellite international equity sleeve, a factor-completion tool to balance growth-heavy core holdings, or a diversified alternative to conventional developed ex-U.S. exposures. Suitable users include allocators implementing systematic style tilts and advisers seeking disciplined valuation overlays. A key risk to monitor is concentration from the high-conviction selection process, which can amplify country or industry exposures through cycles.
