Investment Proposition

Strategy Shares Nasdaq 7HANDL Index ETF (HNDL) provides a multi-asset, fund-of-funds approach designed to balance income generation with total-return potential across market cycles. The strategy blends a core allocation to broad equity and core bond exposures with satellite sleeves spanning credit, rate-sensitive, and equity-income categories, rebalanced to maintain a diversified risk posture. It pursues a managed distribution policy sourced from portfolio cash flows and, when appropriate, capital gains, while seeking to moderate drawdowns through exposure mix rather than security selection. Return drivers lean on interest-rate carry, credit spreads, and equity dividends; risk stems from simultaneous weakness in both stocks and bonds, though diversification across asset types can soften single-factor shocks. Use cases include an income-oriented core for balanced mandates, a cash-flow sleeve within retirement income frameworks, or a stabilizer alongside higher-beta equity allocations. Suitable investors include outcome-oriented allocators seeking systematic income with embedded diversification, and advisors running model portfolios who prefer rules-based multi-asset sleeves. Key risk to monitor is that a fixed distribution policy can outpace sustainable portfolio cash flows during adverse markets, pressuring net asset value.
