Investment Proposition

Humankind US Stock ETF (HKND) provides broad U.S. equity exposure weighted by a proprietary “Humankind Value” that estimates the economic value companies create for investors, customers, employees, and society. The strategy seeks total return by tracking a rules-based selection and weighting process that can tilt the portfolio toward firms assessed to deliver greater net human benefit, subject to liquidity and diversification constraints. Resulting exposures may diverge from traditional market-cap indices, creating differentiated sector and factor tilts that can influence return dispersion across cycles; for example, healthcare, staples, or quality factors may feature more prominently at times, which can aid defensiveness in slower growth regimes but lag during speculative rallies. Potential use cases include a values-aligned core U.S. equity allocation, a satellite tilt to integrate impact considerations without abandoning diversification, and a factor-completion sleeve for investors seeking quality/defensive bias alongside market beta. Suitable investors include asset allocators running long-horizon, policy-benchmark portfolios who want systematic ESG-style alignment, and foundations or family offices incorporating mission consistency. A key risk to monitor is methodology concentration—if the model overweights certain themes, sector and style skews can materially drive relative performance.
