The universe is the Bloomberg Developed Markets North America Large, Mid & Small Index, a free-float-weighted benchmark covering roughly 99% of regional market cap, restricted to U.S. and Canadian listings. Within this universe, issuers are classified using Bloomberg sector codes and a dedicated Nuclear theme basket, then ranked by free-float market cap inside each of the five sectors. The index selects the top 10 issuers per sector, giving around 50 constituents. At each rebalance, sectors are equal-weighted at 20%; within each sector, stocks are weighted in proportion to free-float market cap, producing a tilted but diversified size profile. The index is calculated on a total-return basis in USD and is rebalanced quarterly in March, June, September, and December.

Investment Proposition

Strive FAANG 2.0 ETF (FTWO) provides targeted exposure to companies linked to energy security, national defense, agriculture inputs, nuclear technologies, and precious metals. The strategy seeks broad participation across these supply-chain pillars through a rules-based approach, aiming for liquid, scalable holdings rather than niche microcaps. Portfolio construction emphasizes diversified industry representation within the theme, accepting moderate concentration risk in resource and defense ecosystems as the trade-off for thematic purity. Return drivers can be distinct from broad equity markets, with sensitivities to commodity cycles, capital-expenditure trends, defense budgets, and inflation regimes. In reflationary or supply-tight backdrops, exposures tied to upstream resources and enabling infrastructure may act as a useful complement; in disinflationary slowdowns or falling input prices, relative results can lag broad beta. Use cases include a thematic satellite, an inflation-aware sleeve, or a real-asset-adjacent complement to cyclicals. Suitable investors include allocators pursuing diversified real-asset proxies within equity and policy-driven industrial themes, and tactical allocators seeking differentiated macro levers without leaving public markets. A key risk to monitor is thematic concentration, where shifts in policy, commodity prices, or funding cycles can quickly change leadership within the universe.
