Deutsche Asset Management has announced it is offering two new ETFs on Schwab ETF OneSource, Charles Schwab & Co.’s program that provides investors and advisors with access to commission-free ETFs. The two funds provide exposure to Chinese and German equities respectively.

The Xtrackers MSCI All China Equity ETF (CN US) tracks the MSCI China All Shares Index which captures large and mid-cap representation across China A-shares, B-shares, H-shares, Red-chips, and P-chips. The index aims to reflect the opportunity set of China share classes listed in Hong Kong, Shanghai and Shenzhen. The fund typically gains its exposure to the China A-share components of the index by investing in the Deutsche X-trackers Harvest CSI 300 China A-Shares ETF (ASHR).
CN has approximately $33 million in assets under management and a total expense ratio (TER) of 0.62% due to an ongoing contractual fee waiver in place. Its gross expense ratio is 0.96%.
The Xtrackers Germany Hedged Equity ETF (DBGR US) tracks the MSCI Germany US Dollar Hedged Index which provides exposure to German equity markets, while at the same time mitigating exposure to fluctuations between the value of the US dollar and the euro.
DBGR has approximately $43m in AUM and a TER of 0.45%.
