Inspire 100 ETF (BIBL US) – Portfolio Construction Methodology

The underlying Inspire 100 Index targets U.S. large caps with market cap ≥ USD 20bn and non-negative Inspire Impact Scores, selecting the 100 highest-scoring names and weighting them by full market value. Constituents are drawn from U.S. primary listings and screened by the rules-based Inspire Impact Score for activities alignment; ongoing score surveillance can trigger constituent removals between reconstitutions. The index is reconstituted annually (late January selection/implementation) with replacement by next-highest scorers; ordinary corporate actions are handled pro-forma. No explicit single-issuer caps are applied beyond market-cap weighting. The process emphasizes capacity by limiting the universe to established large caps, which curbs turnover relative to broader ethical screens. Rebalances coincide with the annual reconstitution; intra-period changes reflect score or corporate-action events only.
