Equity

Four of the new launches provide exposure to global, European, North American, and emerging market stocks by tracking indices provided by MSCI. The broad equity indices represent the performance of the large- and mid-cap segments of their respective markets and usually cover approximately 85% of the total market cap of that region.

The funds and their total expense ratios (TERs) are outlined below:

Amundi Index MSCI World UCITS ETF (10AH GR). TER – 0.18%
Amundi Index MSCI Europe UCITS ETF (10AI GR). TER – 0.15%
Amundi Index MSCI North America UCITS ETF (DNRA GR). TER – 0.15%
Amundi Index MSCI Emerging Markets UCITS ETF (AEMD GR). TER – 0.20%

Due to their relatively low cost and broad market exposure, these funds are suitable as core building blocks within investors’ portfolios.

Real estate

The Amundi Index FTSE EPRA NAREIT Global UCITS ETF (10AJ GR) tracks the FTSE EPRA/NAREIT Developed Index, which is composed of listed real estate companies and REITS from developed markets.

Investors have traditionally allocated a small portion of their portfolio to alternative investments such as real estate due to diversification benefits arising from the low correlation of returns with global stock and bond markets.

The fund’s TER is 0.24%.

Fixed income

Two of the new fixed income ETFs track JP Morgan indices and provide exposure to developed market government bonds and eurozone government bonds respectively. To be eligible for inclusion in the indices, bonds must be fixed-coupon and rated investment grade. These funds and their TERs are listed below:

Amundi Index JP Morgan GBI Global Govies UCITS ETF (GGOV GR). TER – 0.20%
Amundi Index JP Morgan EMU Govies IG UCITS ETF (10AL GR). TER – 0.14%

Additionally, Amundi has introduced two aggregate bond funds tracking Barclays indices, one of which represents the global investment-grade fixed-rate debt markets including emerging markets, while the other focuses on investment-grade euro-denominated bonds. These funds and their TERs are listed below:

Amundi Index Barclays Global AGG 500M UCITS ETF (10AM GR). TER – 0.10%
Amundi Index Barclays Euro AGG Corporate UCITS ETF (DECR GR). TER – 0.16%
